Job Responsibilities include:
Lead end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer experience objectives.
Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate between business, technical, and stakeholder groups.
Define program scope, timelines, and delivery strategies using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Monitor program performance, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Drive continuous improvement and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
Provide regular status updates, reporting, and communication to leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
8–10+ years of experience in program management within software or technology environments.
Proven experience managing large-scale programs in customer experience platforms involving web, voice, and chat systems.
Strong expertise in leading cross-functional teams and delivering programs using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
