Description

You manage complex technology programs in a customer experience environment, coordinating web, voice, and messaging platforms. You lead multi-discipline teams of business and technical resources to deliver projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program delivery for customer experience platforms including web, voice, and chat.
• Lead multi-discipline teams comprising business and technical resources.
• Apply and tailor project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall to ensure program success.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet program milestones and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a program manager in the software or technology industry.
• Proven experience managing multi-discipline teams with both business and technical members.
• Strong background in customer experience environments.
• Proficiency with web, voice, and messaging/chat platforms.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Ability to tailor methodologies to fit specific program needs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
