Description

You will lead end-to-end program delivery for large-scale customer experience platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, timelines, and delivery strategies using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate between business, technical, and stakeholder groups.
• Monitor program performance, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Provide regular status updates, reporting, and communication to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in program management within software or technology environments.
• Proven experience managing large-scale programs in customer experience platforms involving web, voice, and chat systems.
• Strong expertise in leading cross-functional teams.
• Delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
