Own the financial, operational, and commercial performance of assigned customer programs within a contract manufacturing environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer contact for status updates, performance communications, and requirement fulfillment.
• Manage program master plans, milestones, and schedules to ensure all contract commitments are met.
• Monitor program performance across procurement, engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and logistics.
• Drive cost reduction and lead-time improvements while maintaining quality standards and schedule adherence.
• Lead contract negotiations, administration, and the preparation of quarterly business reviews.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in program management.
• Direct experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS).
• Proven ability to manage financial performance and cost limitations within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in managing material transactions within an ERP system.
• Ability to align Sales Order loads with material requirements to prevent over or under drives.
• Experience using data metrics such as Quality, On-time Delivery, and inventory levels to drive performance.
• Experience in risk identification and resolution within complex program workflows.
