You will manage the financial, operational, and commercial performance of assigned customer programs within a contract manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the primary customer relationship as the main point of contact for status, performance communications, and requirement articulation.
• Drive program execution by establishing milestones, monitoring master schedules, and implementing control systems to identify risks and corrective actions.
• Manage program financials, including contract negotiation, administration, cost variance analysis, and reconciliation of liabilities like tooling and NRE.
• Coordinate cross-functional performance across procurement, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and logistics to meet quality and on-time delivery metrics.
• Oversee inventory and material management by maintaining rolling forecasts, managing long lead-time buys, and reconciling sales order loads in the ERP system.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in program management.
• Proven experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS).
• Expertise in managing contract manufacturing workflows and customer accounts.
• Ability to lead risk identification and resolution processes.
• Experience with ERP system material transactions and forecasting.
• Strong capability in negotiating and administering commercial contracts.
• Proficiency in using data metrics (Quality, OTD, ECO, inventory) to drive operational decisions.
• Ability to lead quarterly business reviews and present complex metric data.
