Description

You will lead global Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud programs, establishing governance structures that drive clear communication and decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage program scope, timeline, and outcomes using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) to monitor performance, progress, and value delivery.
• Partner with implementation vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and adherence to standards.
• Track program budgets, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Build business cases and secure C-level approval for technology changes and large-scale rollouts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years leading global Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced, or ARM (Agentforce Revenue Management) programs.
• Experience managing suppliers and implementing supplier service changes.
• Proven ability to drive technology change and large-scale rollouts.
• Ability to build business cases and secure approval from C-level stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Danaher Business System.
• Background in Pharma or Life Sciences domain.
• Familiarity with Nextgen CPQ platform implementations.
