Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise software and hardware implementations, leading cross-functional teams through the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project deliverables, manage sprint plans, and maintain schedules to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Lead multi-year enterprise project implementations, identifying dependencies and mitigating risks to maintain timelines.
• Develop communication strategies and executive presentations to provide timely status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversee resource planning, allocation, and performance metrics for concurrent initiatives.
• Mentor project team members and foster collaboration across business units and vendor partners.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of project management experience delivering multiple concurrent, complex initiatives.
• Proven track record leading at least four multi-year enterprise project implementations.
• Deep proficiency in SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Expertise in project governance, risk management, and resource planning.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, and Atlassian Jira/Confluence.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, IT, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing cloud-based platforms (SaaS, PaaS), infrastructure modernization, or digital transformation.
• Background working with federal, state, or large enterprise organizations.
• Knowledge of change management principles and quality assurance methodologies.
