Description

You will lead the execution of large-scale, complex programs across functional, business, technology, and operations teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute change management to deliver agreed outcomes across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and manage execution plans, optimizing timelines, resources, and agile delivery.
• Establish and manage program governance, including working groups and management meetings.
• Coordinate program delivery to ensure workstream interlock and effective risk/issue escalation.
• Communicate regular updates and changes to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in large-scale program management and governance.
• Expertise in Program Management.
• Proven ability to manage and navigate new subject domains quickly.
• Extensive experience working with senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Operations, and Group Functions.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Experience managing risks and dependencies within complex organizational structures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing project budgets, tracking costs and capitalization against requirements.
