Description

You will develop standard PLC and equipment programming concepts to support an IoT architecture and the digitization of production lines.

Responsibilities

• Develop software to support digitizing production lines and implementing streaming machine controls.
• Design standard PLC and equipment programming concepts for IoT architecture implementation.
• Build and manage data flows using ETL frameworks and database management systems.
• Apply statistical methods and analytical problem-solving to design effective manufacturing solutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of related experience in industrial programming or software development.
• PLC programming experience with Siemens and Rockwell controllers.
• Robot programming experience with Fanuc, ABB, Kuka, or Motoman.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages including Python, C++, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
• Strong experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
• In-depth understanding of database management systems, OLAP, and ETL frameworks.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MQTT protocol and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with BI technologies like Microsoft Power BI, AWS QuickSight, or QlikView.
• Knowledge of statistical methods including regression, probability analysis, and statistical process control.
