Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects from inception through implementation and transition.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, track, and report on project progress, budgets, scope changes, and risks to ensure on-time completion.
• Manage communications and expectations for clients, sponsors, users, and contractors while adhering to IT methodologies.
• Translate high-level requirements into functional specifications and document operational processes.
• Analyze data to evaluate operational difficulties and recommend solutions for process redesign.
• Process IT service and change requests while providing task oversight and delegation to operations personnel.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with PowerBI and Tableau for data reporting.
• Experience using AI techniques for project or operational tasks.
• Technical familiarity with AWS and Python.
• Experience with Agility or similar project management tools.
• Background in Six Sigma implementation and cost reduction methodologies.
• Ability to collect and analyze data to evaluate operational effectiveness.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in process creation and documentation within an IT operations environment.
