Sr. Project Manager

You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital services through a hybrid project management approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from initiation through successful completion in complex environments.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, and governance structures.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and internal/external meetings to drive progress.
• Identify, track, and document project risks and issues while implementing mitigation strategies.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party resources to meet objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project planning and management.
• Proven ability to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Expertise in risk and issue management, including impact assessment and mitigation.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and removing project impediments.
• Ability to implement corrective actions and manage plan deviations.
• Experience maintaining compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in a hybrid project management approach, combining planning with agile flexibility.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
