Description

Lead investment implementation initiatives and manage strategic projects to streamline asset management processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the implementation of investments into systems and external investment managers.
• Work with Portfolio Managers and internal teams to coordinate new client onboarding.
• Validate trading documentation, liquidity provisions, and portfolio parameters to design large-scale trade plans.
• Collaborate with internal business groups, operations teams, external managers, custodian banks, and clients.
• Manage strategic projects to improve investment implementation efficiency and document new procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to organize and track multiple parallel projects.
• Experience working within Project Management, Middle Office, or Product Control functions.
• Strong ability to deliver on tight timelines and resolve issues through a hands-on approach.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage complex, concurrent assignments.
• Capacity to prioritize effectively and remain flexible as requirements change.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Asset and Wealth Management domains.
