Description

You will own the end-to-end management of complex, enterprise-level software development programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects across the full Systems Development Life Cycle, from initiation through warranty.
• Gather business requirements and document business processes for software implementations.
• Lead and drive project delivery using multiple methodologies.
• Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure successful delivery of project solutions.

Required Skills

• Hold a Project Management Certification (PMP).
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing complex programs using Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM, and Kanban.
• Experience managing at least two full lifecycle agile software development projects with teams exceeding 10 members.
• Full end-to-end accountability for project management roles in software application development.
• Expert knowledge of MS Project Professional, SharePoint, Visio, and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to manage enterprise IT projects with impact across the organization.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and detailed communication skills (oral and written).
