Description

You coordinate and execute program goals aligned with strategic vision, managing resource allocation and schedules across multiple IT projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess resource allocation across multiple projects to define achievable schedules.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize project initiatives and assign tasks to staff.
• Analyze risks and issues impacting delivery, developing mitigation plans.
• Communicate project and program progress transparently to stakeholders at all levels.

Required Skills

• 5+ years' experience performing in a project management role overseeing IT projects.
• Experience managing a portfolio of at least 7 projects.
• Experience implementing FHIR standards and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
• Experience working in a State Government environment deploying or maintaining IT systems.
• 5+ years documenting systems, standard operating procedures, and/or governance documentation related to IT systems.
• 3+ years' experience in business process improvements and performance business analysis.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Knowledge of public health data.
