Description

You will lead complex IT projects from initiation through closure, managing a portfolio of at least seven initiatives. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of at least 7 IT projects.
• Document systems, standard operating procedures, and governance documentation.
• Perform business process improvements and performance business analysis.
• Implement Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
• Analyze and respond to Requests for Information/Proposals.

Required Skills

• Certified Project Management Professional (must upload certification).
• 5+ years' experience in a project management role overseeing IT projects.
• 5+ years' experience documenting IT systems and procedures.
• 5+ years' experience in business process improvement and performance business analysis.
• 3+ years' experience implementing FHIR standards.
• Experience implementing Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
• Knowledge of public health data.
• Experience with Response for Proposal/Request for Information analysis and response.
• Ability to clearly define system requirements and write business/design documents.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a State Government environment deploying or maintaining IT systems.
