Description

You manage large-scale enterprise implementations using feature-driven Agile methodology.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and development work streams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Track development progress and ensure assignments meet strict project timelines.
• Document risks, issues, and contingency plans; actively remove project barriers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Guide and facilitate the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Project Management experience for large-scale Enterprise Implementations.
• 8+ years of Development experience.
• 8+ years of State of Texas or similar Federal/State Project Management experience.
• 5 years of State of Texas Project Delivery Framework experience.
• 4 years of PMP certification.
• 3 years of Agile (Scrum) experience.
• 2 years of Salesforce experience.
• 1 year of State Procurement and Contracting experience.
• 1 year of Jira experience.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
• 3 years tenure in similar project management roles.
