Description

You will manage complex project workflows and marketing material production for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and sequence complex initiatives from start to finish, managing resources, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage project workflows and documentation to track deliverables and progress.
• Mitigate project risks and escalate issues to ensure successful delivery of objectives.
• Act as a liaison across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on scope and goals.
• Drive business readiness and communications for implementations and integrations.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or experience as a team lead managing large budgets.
• Demonstrated experience managing marketing materials and marketing workflows.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in project management methodologies.
• Experience with project reporting and deliverable tracking.
• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field (or 4 additional years of relevant work experience).

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum projects, methods, and principles.
• Experience using Workfront.
