Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects, primarily using OneStream.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication for EPM implementations.
• Partner with Finance teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions using OneStream.
• Oversee implementation, configuration, and optimization of OneStream applications and XF platform.
• Drive integration efforts with ERP and data platforms, specifically SAP and Snowflake.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Data Engineering, and vendors.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of project management experience in an IT/Engineering background.
• Strong expertise in OneStream implementation, support, financial consolidation, planning, and reporting.
• Practical experience with Agile and Waterfall project management models.
• Knowledge of SAP (ECC / S4 HANA) and Snowflake data platforms.
• Ability to manage highly matrixed project teams spanning multiple time zones.
• Experience with vendor management and driving adoption initiatives.
