You will lead multiple Scrum teams to deliver software solutions within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Scrum teams through the full software development lifecycle.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and integrative management processes.
• Drive delivery of IT-based solutions tailored to manufacturing workflows.
• Communicate proactively via phone and direct interaction rather than relying solely on spreadsheet updates.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience leading Scrum teams.
• Strong background in risk management and dependency management.
• Expertise in integrative management and Project Management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Management methodologies.
• Knowledge of Computer Networking and Network Administration.
• Experience with Windows Server.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience working within a manufacturing environment.
