Description

You manage complex IT projects across multiple workstreams, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with federal standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage detailed project schedules for 10 workstreams and partner with State resources to maintain the integrated schedule.
• Set up and maintain predecessor/successor tasks and milestones within the schedule to ensure integrity.
• Ensure the project schedule passes all Federal checks and submit weekly resource leveling reports.
• Calculate CPI, SPI, and BEI, managing project contract deliverables and artifacts submission to the State repository.
• Provide overall project management support, including risk and issue management, and lead approximately 25 standing meetings weekly.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Project with multiple project schedules.
• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience across all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle.
• 2+ years of experience with enterprise data warehouse solutions.
• 2+ years of experience working with State Governments.
• PMP certification and PMI Project Scheduler certification.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).

Preferred Skills

• Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
• Healthcare Information Exchange, EDI, or Healthcare Industry experience.
• Proficiency with MS Visio.
