Description

You lead multiple Agile Scrum Teams through complex IT and business product deliveries.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (standups, reviews, retrospectives) alongside the Product Owner.
• Identify and resolve delivery impediments, escalating complex blockers to senior leadership.
• Manage risks and issues, driving continuous improvement within the team structure.
• Guide team members to achieve maturity in Agile principles, driving consistent velocity.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization, and maintaining relevant metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role utilizing Agile Scrum methodology.
• Proven experience acting as a servant-leader with strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Experience in teams delivering modern enterprise software using Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with Agile management tools, specifically Jira and Jira Align.
• Experience applying Application Development best practices, including automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills for cross-team coordination.
• Ability to manage conflict resolution among team members and stakeholders.
