Description

You will lead project planning, technical coordination, and staff supervision within a retail environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans to coordinate activities and evaluate data processing proposals for feasibility.
• Consult with users, management, and vendors to assess computing needs and system requirements.
• Manage backup, security, user help systems, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff while providing constructive performance feedback.
• Develop organizational goals, policies, and procedures regarding data security and strategic computing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in project management or technical coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Java, SQL, and Visual Basic.
• Expertise in computer hardware, including circuit boards, processors, and electronic equipment.
• Deep understanding of production processes, quality control, and distribution methods.
• Proficiency in strategic planning, resource allocation, and business management principles.
• Proven ability to manage time and work independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or other advanced degree.
• PMI or PMP certification.
