Description

You will lead project planning and management for multiple simultaneous projects within the Operations team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, goals, and project management plans for multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate with Engineering and customers to gather requirements, track action items, and provide lifecycle feedback.
• Monitor project costs, track progress, and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Update program resource schedules, supporting documents, and project reports.
• Act as the primary point of contact to ensure team synergy and information flow between customers and colleagues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multi-tasking requirements across multiple parties.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
