Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of technology projects, from initial planning through final implementation for distribution, finance, and manufacturing departments.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete project lifecycle, including planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of business solutions.
• Design detailed project plans that define major tasks, milestones, scope, resources, budgets, and personnel requirements.
• Manage program scope by gaining approval for changes from portfolio managers and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage program risks by developing and tracking mitigation strategies to closure.
• Coordinate project performance with affected departments and serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading technology projects to successful implementation.
• Proven experience managing delivery cycles of 8 to 12 months.
• Expertise in managing project scope, budgets, and resource acquisition.
• Ability to develop risk mitigation strategies and manage program standards.
• Experience coordinating the development of new systems or modifications to existing applications.
• Strong ability to communicate project needs and status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience conducting status reviews and peer reviews.
• Track program progress against the plan and report on required management metrics.
