You will lead the planning, execution, and closing of small to medium-sized projects within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, resources, issues, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams and build consensus to implement decisions.
• Establish workflows and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and rapport while adhering to project priorities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing projects in a healthcare-related field.
• Deep knowledge of project management principles, including planning and coordination.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for presenting reports, facts, and ideas.
• Ability to work independently through all project lifecycle phases.
• PMP certification or active progress toward a PMP designation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
