You will oversee large-scale, business, and technical projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Assess scope of large-scale projects to estimate resources and timelines.
• Develop detailed plans for cross-functional teams for ERP implementations and M&A integrations.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring team members deliver tasks on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze financial data, including project budgets and resource allocation, and provide reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale ERP implementations (SAP S/4Hana experience is ideal).
• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies, capable of working in a hybrid environment.
• Experience interfacing with C-Suite and executive leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage process transformation and organizational change management.
• Hands-on detail orientation, including building status reports and tracking budgets independently.
• Strong command of Agile Certification principles and mindset adoption.
• Experience leading complex projects with minimal direct support staff.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
