You will oversee large-scale business and technical projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess scope of large-scale projects to estimate resources and timelines.
• Develop detailed plans for cross-functional teams for ERP implementations and M&A integrations.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring team members deliver tasks on schedule and within budget.
• Analyze financial data, including project budgets and resource allocation, and provide reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years managing large-scale ERP implementations (SAP S/4Hana is ideal).
• Strong command of Agile Certification principles and mindset adoption.
• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies.
• Experience interfacing with C-Suite and executive leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage process transformation and organizational change management.
• Hands-on detail orientation, including building status reports and tracking budgets independently.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4Hana implementation experience.
