Description

You will manage technical projects and initiatives to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and according to requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop program and implementation strategies, including device deployment plans for statewide applications.
• Create project plans, identify key milestones, and track progress through regular status reports.
• Conduct status meetings with Technical Services teams and LAN Administrators to communicate project achievements.
• Draft training plans and materials for device deployments and application administrative support.
• Provide regular project updates to the CIO, Deputy CIO, and other key stakeholders during leadership meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager.
• PMP certification.
• Agile certification.
• Experience supporting CIO, Deputy CIO, and Technical Services teams.
• Ability to manage complex initiatives such as VoIP, Telecom, and device deployments.
• Strong proficiency in developing high-level project descriptions and milestone tracking.
• Any Graduate degree.
