Description

You will lead complex IT efforts, managing large distributed teams and multiple concurrent projects through structured workstreams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own project communications, keeping stakeholders informed and delivering presentations to align sponsors.
• Establish project governance by identifying and facilitating Sponsor, Steering Group, and Stakeholder roles.
• Manage vendors by negotiating contracts and NDAs, monitoring deliverables, and tracking costs.
• Mitigate risks by analyzing exposure and escalating issues affecting scope, schedule, budget, or quality.
• Develop schedules, work breakdown structures, and staffing plans using approved PM tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects and large, multi-location teams.
• Proven hands-on Project Management and Scrum Master expertise.
• Experience managing multiple IT projects concurrently through defined workstreams.
• Proficiency in Scrum ceremonies and Jira board management.
• Experience with vendor management, including contract negotiation and RFP processes.
• Strong skills in project budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Ability to facilitate communication and represent work at the Executive level.
• Competency in using Jira, SharePoint, and Excel for project tracking and financials.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud Data Platforms for Marketing, Customer Analytics, or Personalization.
• Knowledge of business process transformation and change management practices.
