Description

You will lead complex IT projects by managing schedules, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own project communications as the central point of contact, delivering presentations to sponsors and governance structures.
• Establish project governance by identifying and facilitating sponsor roles, steering groups, and stakeholder groups.
• Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, NDAs, monitoring deliverables, and tracking costs.
• Mitigate project risks by analyzing exposure and escalating issues regarding scope, schedule, budget, or quality.
• Develop work breakdown structures, project timelines, and staffing plans using approved management tools.

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of experience managing complex IT efforts.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master managing large, multi-location teams.
• Ability to structure work into multiple workstreams and manage concurrent IT projects.
• Hands-on experience with software/SaaS acquisition, RFP processes, and Jira board management.
• Proficiency in planning, risk management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience managing vendor contracts and service level agreements.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for presenting to executive-level leadership.
• Expertise in resource allocation and task estimation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud Data Platforms supporting Marketing, Customer Analytics, or Personalization in retail.
• Knowledge of business process transformation and change management practices.
• Proficiency with Prism PPM, Jira, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
