Description

You will lead complex retail projects from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to meet delivery timelines.
• Oversee retail business processes including Merchandising, Supply Chain, Inventory, POS, E-commerce, and Order Management.
• Drive risk, issue, and change management to mitigate project delays.
• Facilitate clear communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure transparency.

Required Skills

• 16+ years of Project Management experience.
• Proven track record delivering projects within the Retail domain.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and E-commerce operations.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
• Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Point of Sale (POS) and Order Management systems.
