Description

You will lead the delivery of an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) solution for the Workforce Enablement team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources to deliver the ITSM solution on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project plans, track progress, and manage changes to scope and schedule.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain connections with third-party vendors.
• Perform risk management to minimize project threats and escalate issues to management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in project management.
• Direct experience with service desk implementations.
• Experience working with call technology.
• Proficiency in predictive and adaptive project management methodologies.
• Strong skills in supervision, management, and process improvement.
• Expertise in vendor management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
