Description

Lead the delivery of an ITSM solution for the Workforce Enablement team in Hartford, CT.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources to deliver the ITSM solution on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project plans to monitor progress and manage changes to scope and schedule.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and establish connections with third-party vendors.
• Perform risk management to minimize project threats and escalate issues to management.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including spreadsheets, diagrams, and process documents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in project management.
• Direct experience with service desk implementations and call technology.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, both predictive and adaptive.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Expertise in supervision, planning, and process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability in vendor management and performance management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
