Description

Lead strategy, planning, and execution of HCM technical implementations and process improvements within core ERP solutions and ancillary applications.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle, from requirement identification and functional design to prototyping, testing, and training.
• Manage project schedules, resource requirements, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain clear communication between stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Monitor project finances, evaluate performance against financial targets, and manage change controls.
• Track test case development, execution progress, and defect corrections while identifying and mitigating project dependencies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in project management and technology delivery.
• Proven experience managing HCM on ERP Cloud Solutions such as Oracle Cloud HCM, SAP S4/HANA, or Infor.
• Ability to present complex requirements and project status to C-Suite executives.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Proficiency in project management tools, methodologies, and Agile practices.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor other Project Managers on PM methodologies.
• Advanced analytical, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
