Description

You will lead and mentor a team of Civil Engineers, EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen, providing technical guidance, QA/QC oversight, and design feedback.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, deliverables, and project schedules for land development projects (residential, industrial, commercial).
• Plan, coordinate, and direct large and complex engineering projects, managing scope, budget, and timelines.
• Oversee industrial development projects (primarily 5 to 50 acres, with occasional projects exceeding 100 acres).
• Define project scope, including budget, design criteria, and schedule, while ensuring compliance with regulations and codes.
• Contribute to proposal development and client management activities.

Required Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in land/site development engineering (public and private).
• Active professional engineer (PE) license is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Proven experience managing teams and mentoring junior engineers.
• Strong understanding of land development processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience with projects ranging from 5 to 100+ acres.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience in residential, commercial, and/or industrial project development.
