Description

Lead end-to-end development and implementation of high-visibility software projects from concept to delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own project scope, objectives, detailed work plans, schedules, and resource planning.
• Direct the analysis and resolution of technical and project-related problems.
• Manage vendor integration by tracking and reviewing all vendor deliverables.
• Review software documentation including requirements, design documents, test plans, and test reports.
• Interface between business stakeholders, end users, and technical service teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management, specifically managing software application development.
• Deep understanding of SDLC practices and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Change Management, and Configuration Management.
• Proficiency with VersionOne and ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, prepare cost estimates, and handle capacity planning.
• Expertise in problem and risk management.
• Strong facilitation skills for leading discussions across multiple groups and presenting to executive management.
• Ability to manage heterogeneous teams composed of resources from multiple vendors.
• Capability to obtain security clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience mentoring and training less experienced personnel.
