Description

You will lead civil engineering teams and oversee land development projects from planning through completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to Civil Engineers, EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen.
• Oversee daily operations, deliverables, and project schedules for land development projects including residential, industrial, and commercial sites.
• Plan and direct large-scale engineering projects (5 to 50+ acres), managing scope, budget, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and codes through QA/QC oversight and design feedback.
• Contribute to proposal development and maintain client relationships.

Required Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in land/site development engineering (public and private sectors).
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Proven experience managing teams and mentoring junior engineers.
• Strong understanding of land development processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience with residential, commercial, and industrial project development.
