Description

Lead medium to large-scale projects from planning through closure with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery within defined timelines and scope.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management with minimal supervision.
• Expertise in managing complex accounts exceeding $10M or multiple smaller accounts.
• Proficiency in change management to drive Agile goals and overcome resistance.
• Strong delivery management skills, including deal modeling and commercial pricing models.
• Ability to develop project budgets, monitor actual costs, and manage profitability.
• Experience in scheduling and resource planning, including global delivery models and onsite/offshore allocation.
• Knowledge of risk management principles to identify, assess, and prioritize risks.

Preferred Skills

• Specialized knowledge of customer business domains and technology suites.
• Experience conducting product demos and technical walkthroughs for prospects.
