Lead water resources engineering projects for municipal clients from planning through construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles involving water and wastewater planning and design.
• Lead client interactions and drive staff development within the team.
• Execute business development tasks including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
• Oversee consulting and design services for diverse municipal service requirements.

Required Skills

• 10-14 years of experience serving municipal clients in planning, consulting, design, and construction.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in successful project management and client interaction.
• Experience in business development and proposal writing.
• Direct experience managing budgets and scopes of work for projected work.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in stormwater design.
