Description

You will lead the end-to-end migration of on-premises Oracle Data Warehouses to Google Cloud Platform, overseeing relationship management, project planning, resource allocation, and tactical execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of on-premises Oracle/PL/SQL data warehouses to GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, DataStream).
• Translate SDLC concepts and technical details for stakeholders with limited software exposure.
• Develop project plans, risk registers, and oversight of final deliverables.
• Coordinate with technical teams to overcome obstacles and drive projects to success.
• Manage complex IT portfolios involving multiple stakeholders across business areas and geographies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management and digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with Cloud migration, specifically Oracle to GCP.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for project management.
• Ability to organize highly complex technical information.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with State of Indiana large software projects.
• PMP Certification.
