Description

Oversee large enterprise IT projects and digital transformations, ensuring successful delivery across multiple stakeholders and contracted resources.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain comprehensive project plans, defining roles, responsibilities, and approval workflows.
• Coordinate activities of internal teams and external resources to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Translate technical SDLC concepts for non-technical stakeholders and communicate project status to management.
• Mentor intermediate project managers and guide their professional development through training recommendations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to create risk registers and resolve implementation obstacles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, specifically with large-scale enterprise or state government software projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Information Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management tools.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience leading modernization efforts involving Oracle, PL/SQL, and Data Warehouses.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including BigQuery, Dataflow, and DataStream.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working on State of Indiana large software projects.
• Strong presentation skills for communicating with program and business stakeholders.
