You will manage infrastructure projects from strategic vision through delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology groups to define scope, design solutions, and create deliverables supporting business goals.
• Estimate required resources and costs, track financials, and propose budget adjustments.
• Identify, mitigate risks, and resolve issues or escalate them through appropriate channels.
• Plan, schedule, and maintain project milestones using project management tools and team meetings.
• Produce regular status reports for the Steering Committee and coordinate user acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technology project management experience working with technology teams, business units, and third parties.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (PMLC, SDLC; Waterfall, Iterative; SCRUM).
• Experience leading business technology discussions and coordinating project deliverables.
• Understanding of infrastructure systems, including WAN/LAN, Cloud servers, and system applications.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Slides, Sheets) and project management tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of eliciting requirements from executives.
• Strong analytical skills applied to technical solutions and support requirements.
• Experience working in a PMO structured environment with standard documentation.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, ITIL, or Lean/Six Sigma certification.
