Description

The Sr Project Manager leads and coordinates complex, cross-functional technology and business projects from initiation to closure, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and risks to deliver measurable results.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage simultaneous technology, business, and facility projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop project plans, define goals and deliverables, and monitor progress against milestones and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure alignment and optimal resource utilization.
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance against plan, while managing vendor delivery.
• Facilitate change requests, capture lessons learned, and prepare executive-level presentations on project outcomes and strategic recommendations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing enterprise technology projects, initiatives, and implementations.
• Strong understanding of information technology environments, including infrastructure, systems, and application software.
• Proficiency in project management tools: Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, or similar planning tools.
• Technical familiarity with Oracle, JDE, MuleSoft, and Snowflake.
• Ability to identify and coordinate cross-project dependencies in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to C-suite leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• PMI or other project management certifications.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Plant Operations, Commercial Products, or Supply Chain.
• Advanced degree in addition to a Bachelor’s degree.
