Key Responsibilities
· Lead day‑to‑day project management across all D365 workstreams (F&O, CE, Field Service).
· Serve as the intermediary between the Systems Integrator, business leaders, and core IT team.
· Drive alignment on project scope, requirements, dependencies, and milestones.
· Manage the Discovery phase activities, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
· Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive updates.
· Ensure risks, issues, and decisions are documented, escalated, and resolved promptly.
· Support and validate SI deliverables including solution design, architecture, configuration, testing, and cutover planning.
· Oversee a multi‑phase implementation approach, ensuring each phase stays on track.
· Coordinate UAT planning, end‑user preparation, adoption efforts, and change management activities.
· Maintain strong governance, quality assurance, and compliance with program standards.
Required Qualifications
· 5+ years project management experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including F&O and/or CE.
· Proven experience managing ERP and CRM migration or modernization projects.
· Ability to coordinate across business units, technical teams, and external SIs.
· Strong understanding of implementation lifecycles including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
· Experience driving aggressive timelines and delivering large programs under tight schedules.
· Strong understanding of data migration, integrations, and cross‑platform dependencies.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with multi‑phase rollouts or staged go‑live strategies.
· Background in Field Service implementations within D365 CE.
· PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification a plus
