Description

Own end-to-end project management for Microsoft Dynamics 365 workstreams, including Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, and Field Service.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project execution, managing scope, requirements, dependencies, and milestones across all D365 workstreams.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Systems Integrator, core IT team, and business leaders to ensure alignment.
• Drive Discovery phase activities, deliverable validation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive updates to track progress and risks.
• Oversee multi-phase implementation, including solution design validation, testing, cutover planning, and UAT coordination.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and/or CE).
• Proven track record managing ERP and CRM migration or modernization projects.
• Strong understanding of implementation lifecycles: discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Experience coordinating across business units, technical teams, and external Systems Integrators.
• Proficiency in managing data migration, integrations, and cross-platform dependencies.
• Ability to drive aggressive timelines and deliver large programs under tight schedules.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-phase rollouts or staged go-live strategies.
• Background in Field Service implementations within D365 CE.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
