Description

You manage project scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, and risks. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Clarity to prepare project schedules, assign resources, and manage budgets.
• Monitor and control project progress, communicating status to sponsors, managers, and the team.
• Develop and maintain PMM deliverables, including the Charter, Schedule, Budget, and Risk Plans.
• Facilitate the Change Management process, ensuring all scope or budget deviations receive approval.
• Review vendor contracts to manage deliverables and adherence to approval procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with State of Michigan’s Project Portfolio Management Tool (Clarity).
• Experience managing project lifecycle transitions according to SUITE PMM and SEM.
• Expertise in Change Management processes.
• Ability to create Project Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) for at-risk projects.
• Skill in developing and maintaining Project Status Reports and Risk/Issue Management Plans.
• Experience managing cross-agency communication interfaces.
