Description

You will oversee the delivery of qualitative and quantitative research projects for UX research and consumer insights teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle, including building project plans, setting milestones, and implementing new or ongoing studies.
• Manage data collection and field operations, including sample and quota design, deployment plans, and vendor management.
• Control project budgets, tracking costs against requirements to ensure margin targets and profitability are met.
• Coordinate with internal survey programming, data processing, and coding teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain client relationships through prompt communication, status reporting, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, data security, and privacy guidelines throughout the project.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of experience in qualitative or quantitative research within a market research context.
• Direct experience in UX Research and Consumer Insights.
• Proven ability to manage field work, including monitoring sample counts and managing panel vendors.
• Strong budget management skills, including tracking actual costs against estimates and managing invoicing/vendor payments.
• Ability to define sampling plans and identify potential execution bottlenecks.
• Experience in risk identification and developing mitigation plans for research projects.
• Any Graduate degree.
