Description

You will lead project execution for the Tennessee Department of Health, focusing on equity, inclusion, and leadership development training.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program and strategy execution for the Access, Engagement & Opportunity training team.
• Oversee training deliverables including in-person workshops, virtual learning, and on-demand resources.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to apply health equity frameworks to program planning and evaluation.
• Develop evaluation tools and implement program reporting requirements.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with leadership teams across the Department.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in leadership development and managing multifaceted programs.
• Expertise in training design, content development, and competency-based skills analysis.
• Strong group facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Experience with equity initiatives, community engagement, and working with culturally diverse populations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel throughout the state of Tennessee for meetings and workshops.
• Must reside in the State of Tennessee.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
