Description

You will own the full lifecycle management of one or more firm projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual sketches and create or delegate project presentation work.
• Lead the technical and design development process for assigned projects.
• Prioritize, delegate, and coordinate all tasks across the Project Team.
• Oversee the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
• Manage project communications between the Project Team, Consultants, Contractor, and Owner.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Project Management or Architecture.
• Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction document production.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and hand sketching.
• Experience with classical traditional high-end residential projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skills in Architecture.
• Familiarity with Project Manager functions.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Sketchup.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign).
• Proficiency using Bluebeam.
