Description

You will own the management of one or more firm projects from conception through completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual sketches and create or delegate presentation work for assigned projects.
• Lead the technical and design development of projects while overseeing the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
• Prioritize, delegate, and coordinate all tasks across the Project Team, managing scheduling, budgeting, and work assignments.
• Oversee all project communications between the Project Team, Consultants, Contractor, and Owner/Owner’s Representative.
• Ensure all necessary project logs and records are maintained, and review team member hours for billing accuracy.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management within Architecture.
• Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction document production.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and hand sketching.
• Experience with classical traditional high-end residential projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited School of Architecture.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Sketchup.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign).
• Proficiency using Bluebeam.
